Gifts That Do Good

Lane Senior Support Coalition invites you to give a gift that truly makes a difference while celebrating the people you care about.

Sometimes the friends and family we wish to honor already have everything they need. In those moments, a charitable gift can be a meaningful way to recognize a special occasion while helping others in our community. A donation to the Lane Senior Support Coalition’s Senior Emergency Support Fund helps low-income seniors in Lane County remain healthy, housed, and—most importantly—independent.

When you make a gift in someone’s honor, your recipient will receive a letter letting them know a donation has been made in their name along with your best wishes for their special occasion. The amount of the donation will not be disclosed. As the donor, you will also receive a thank-you letter that serves as your tax receipt.

Giving is simple, meaningful, and a wonderful way to make a lasting impact in the lives of local seniors.

Here are some examples of what your gift donation can do for a senior facing an Emergency Need which is unable to be met by other community resources. Typically, the senior will be paying something toward the expense and the funding from the Senior Emergency Support Fund will help make that amount manageable.

To make a gift donation, please provide:

  1. Your name, mailing address, and your email address, if you wish to share it. We do not sell or trade any donor information.
  2. The name and mailing address, or email address of your gift recipient and the amount of your gift. If you wish to make multiple gifts, please send us one list.
  3. You may send your gift and details of the request to us electronically or by regular mail:

Electronically – Payment can be made on our website, www.lanessc.org, using our secure PayPal button. Please include a notation with your payment that this is for a gift or gift list.
By Mail – to Lane Senior Support Coalition (LSSC), 859 Willamette St, Suite 500, Eugene OR 97401. Please include your check.
